MYcroPESA is a commerce and payments platform operated by DataMax Business Systems. It connects shoppers with merchants through marketplace discovery, promotional offers, supported mobile-money payments and cashback rewards.
Its aim is to help merchants reach customers and move products, while giving shoppers more value from eligible purchases.
What is The PESA Club?
The PESA Club is the MYcroPESA shopping community. Members can participate as shoppers and, where seller features are available, as merchants. The community is designed to encourage discovery, repeat business and the circulation of value within the network.
Premium membership is listed at KES 365 per year. Review the current membership details and conditions before subscribing.
What are PESA Coins and Cash-Keys?
PESA Coins are platform cashback or loyalty rewards credited to eligible shoppers under the applicable offer. Cash-Keys are the corresponding merchant-side tokens used by the platform as part of its transaction and value-redemption mechanism.
Where a redemption requires a matching Cash-Key, a PESA Coin by itself may not be sufficient to unlock the corresponding cash value. Available uses and eligibility depend on the platform’s current rules and the type of transaction.
How do I earn cashback?
Shop through participating merchants and follow the payment instructions shown for the product or offer. Cashback is only available where it is explicitly offered, and the rate and conditions may differ by membership, merchant or promotion.

How can I use or redeem PESA Coins?
Depending on the features enabled for your account, PESA Coins may be used within the MYcroPESA ecosystem, transferred to other users, converted to airtime, or applied to supported services and eligible redemption options.
Cash redemption may require a matching Cash-Key and an eligible account or membership. Review the instructions in your dashboard before initiating a transfer or withdrawal.

What membership options are available?
The platform has described a Free Trial with limited features and 40% cashback, a Smart Saver option listed at KES 20 per 7 days with 80% cashback, and Premium PESA Club listed at KES 365 per year with additional features such as coin-swap tools, seller features and qualifying coin advances.

How does MYcroPESA help merchants?

Can I transfer coins to another user?

Are there fees for withdrawing to M-PESA?
Withdrawals may be subject to standard M-PESA transaction charges and the eligibility rules of your MYcroPESA account. Check the amount and any displayed charge before confirming a withdrawal.
Does MYcroPESA hold customer deposits?
